Didn’t diagnose the transmission failure claiming they didn’t notice anything during the test drive but as soon as I test drive it with the mechanic there was obvious transmission jerks. Pregnant mechanic was rude and tried to blame it on the floor mat like I’m stupid. After having my car for 10 days and misdiagnosing, turned around and said I would have to pay to reinspect. The manager was rude as well and was relieved when I said I was taking my car elsewhere. This dealership is only 5 mins from my house and I’m skeptical about giving my business again. They tried to compensate by asking the gentlemen in the back to put air in my tires. The guy was flirting with me and asked for my phone number. Very shitty service

I own a corvette and needed my brakes flushed the first time I got this service it was $135. I recently went back to get the same service and they tried to change me 599.95. Almost agreed to it until I came to my senses and went with a performance shop that charged $225.

The service department is excellent, but the advisor, Amanda, fails to provide detailed updates or information regarding your vehicle. Unless you proactively contact them to inquire about the status, your vehicle may remain unattended. When you do call to request information, Amanda often lacks updates or promises to return your call, but unfortunately, she rarely follows through. As a loyal client, I expect the same level of courtesy and attention to detail that I would receive as a new client.

Very poor. I own 5 GMC's and have always been a GMC fan. The first thing that I do not agree with is it will take 5-7 days before they will even diagnose the problem. Then after they have to order the parts which took a week plus. My vehicle was with them for a month. Communication was extremely poor and when they said they would call us back they didn't. I was always calling them. Our coordinator did not know anything and would keep repeating the same thing and talking over you. A turbo and boot for this car should not take a month to do. I really will be calling dealerships before my next purchase to see what service wait time is and if they say we won't Diagnose for a week and this is a GMC policy which I was told, I will be looking at another manufacture. I will not be back to Cronic ever.

I was a little surprised yesterday while checking out after having my oil changed. I saw on the paperwork that my 3rd brake light, the one above the back window, was not working. I was surprised they did not ask me if I wanted them to change it. Not a big deal. I did myself. I assumed they would ask.

Oil change and tire rotation went well in about 1 hour. They filled the fluids and spilled antifreeze all under the hood. I told service rep. and they had it cleaned up in about 15 minutes. Good job
